One of my personal favs, the x frame tee. x frame as in the bodybuilding frame, but also an analogy to bowling. each frame in bowling is defined by an x, all the pins knocked down in one throw. each perfect frame or week in sequence with the next compounds to a perfect 300 game. the same is similar in bodybuilding, we aim to define each week as a success on all fronts concurrently, letting the progression stack for a perfect 300 game. consistency and keeping a streak is what pays.
